At Palm Productions/Photography PTY Ltd (Retro Media), we take the safety and care of your media and hardware very seriously. When your items are in our possession, we do everything we can to ensure they remain in the same condition as when you entrusted them to us. That said, in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances—such as accidents, fire, theft, natural disasters, or events beyond our control—we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your media or hardware. We encourage clients to be mindful of this when leaving their items with us. We do however take precautions to prevent unforeseen circumstances and take as much care of your media as possible.

If you’re using courier services to send your media and hardware to us (or to receive it back), please note that this is done at your own risk and subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions.

Lastly, please remember that any copyrighted material must not be sold or distributed without the explicit permission of the copyright holder. Your media is confidential, we will not share your media to anyone without your permission.

Turnaround time will also be calculated on how busy we are at that time and the amount of media sent. Mold or Broken tapes will take longer as this is a very slow process in order to repair and preserve your media.
